Production Process
1. Raw Material Sourcing & Mixing
The production team sources appropriate quantities of raw materials - fruit concentrates & pulps, water & sugar syrup. The raw materials are blended for pre- defined period.
2. Adding Aloevera Juice extract & Other additives
Aloevera juice extract is added to the resultant mixture & thoroughly blended. The team then adds permitted natural food colour, flavours, preservatives & other additives.
3. Bottle Filling
The drinks are filled in bottles using automatic machines and seaming is done.
4. Checking
Volume of the bottles are checked in this stage of process.
5. Tunnel Pasteurization
The bottles are transferred to the hot water tunnel for pasteurization.
6. Drying
After this process, the bottles are dried up and sent for packaging.
7. Packaging
The final bottles are packed in the boxes.
8. Quality Assurance
Once we get an approval from QA, we process it in into the market.
